How to balance work, fitness and family

Balancing work, fitness and family can be difficult, but it is possible with careful planning and dedication. First, identify your priorities and create a schedule that allows you to focus on each element. Plan ahead and be realistic about what you can achieve in a day. For example, if you have a job that requires long hours, try to find time to work out during your lunch break or early in the morning before work.
